  1. Ah, Chemerinsky. Where the editors left out parts of the Constitution or inserted typos. Where they had to republish McCulloch in the 2003 Supplement because they conveniently left out that bit about, “Its nature, therefore, requires that only its great outlines should be marked . . .” And where the cites to note cases are utterly wrong. *tear* Good times.
