Good TV

Perhaps the best show on television, or at least one of my current favorite is Good Eats (Food Network, M-F 11:30 PM)¹. Good Eats isn't a traditional cooking show describing recipes, but instead focuses on methods for selecting and preparing foods, as well as discussing the basics of the science behind food. It's informative and quirky.
