Funny it is cold and wet where I am out side and I would love to be inside with an iBook where it is warm

I don't know about you, but I'd rather be skiing than studying for a Civil Procedure final...

Not to say that I don't find Civil Procedure fascinating, which I do. I actually enjoy learning the rules of the game and this class is the most enjoyable one I've had this semester. Rather, I dislike the exam process and the importance and extreme pressure that is placed on single exams and the over-importance of first semester grades in determining the course of one's academic and professional future.
