A bit of shameless self promotion

The Basics

As of fall 2003, I live in Brooklyn, NY and am a second--year law student at Brooklyn Law School. Over the last year or two, I have become very interested in how computers and the internet are affecting intellectual property, copyright and trademark law. I would like to work in this field eventually. (my resume.)

Education

I am currently a second year student at Brooklyn Law School. I graduated from Tufts University in 2000, where I majored in International Relations and Russian & East European Studies. I studied in Moscow in the fall of 1998. I graduated from Tenafly High School in 1996.

Work

Throughout 2001 and 2002, prior to starting law school, I worked as a researcher for eMarketer, where I researched for analyst reports and the eStat Database, wrote the PDA Market Report and some shorter articles, and took initiative on knowledge management projects, include integrating blogging into the company intranet and developing a database system for comparative core metrics. Some of the reports I research assisted for include: Broadband & Dial-Up Access Worldwide, Interactive TV, Europe E-Commerce: B2B & B2C, Europe Online, North America E-Commerce: B2C & B2B, North America Online, Online Selling & eCRM, Pharmaceutical Industry Online, Online Investing, CPG Online, B2B Exchanges, Travel Market Worldwide, US Holiday Shopping

Music

I play saxophone, keyboards and other assorted sound-making objects in a band that currently lacks a name and a drummer, to which I also contribute some song writing. I also play clarinet and guitar. I'm working on adding harmonica to the arsenal. Eventually, this site will contain recordings and lyrics of some of my songs
